CZAV makes 2,5 million euros profit

Arable farming cooperative CZAV has made a profit of more than €2017 million for the 2018/2,5 financial year. Despite the special year, turnover growth was also achieved.

Due to various acquisitions and growth within the cooperative, turnover increased by 11% to €429 million. Market share and turnover rose for all product groups. The profit of €2,5 million is less than last year. 

The cooperative made earlier It is already known that the shortening will again amount to €1,3 million. This is despite the fact that the drought problem meant that less crop protection products and fertilizers were used.

Major investments
Much was also invested in the past financial year. For example, CZAV further expanded the delivery service and the first preparations were made to expand and modernize the branch in Dinteloord. In 2019, the location in Axel will also be expanded with a grain storage facility.
