ForFarmers has a new financial chief. That will be Roeland Tjebbes (50), currently CFO of dairy concern Hoogwegt Groep. Tjebbes will succeed Arnout Traas in April next year. ForFarmers announced this on Monday evening 25 November.
Tjebbes was officially nominated by the supervisory board of ForFarmers on Monday evening as a member of the executive board of this group. If this nomination is approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders on April 24, 2020, Tjebbes will be appointed.
Term of 4 years
The appointment is for a term of 4 years, ending at the end of the annual shareholders' meeting in 2024. Tjebbes will already join ForFarmers on 1 March 2020 and become part of the management, the group states. Tjebbes has been the CFO at Hoogwegt Group (international trade in dairy products) since October 2015. He has also been a member of the Supervisory Board of Royal Koopmans since May 2018.
