ForFarmers pays out 'normal' dividend

24 April 2020 - Wouter Baan

Due to the corona crisis, many listed companies in the Netherlands (such as Randstad, Bam and Heijmans) do not pay a dividend for 2019, but ForFarmers does. We will also start buying up our own shares again.

The listed cattle feed group from Lochem will pay out €0,28 per share based on the annual result (€0,19 regular, €0,09 special), as announced today during the general meeting for shareholders. This is a fraction less than in 2018. The decision not to keep the dividend in your pocket was, incidentally, already announced in advance.

Buy up shares
It was also announced during the meeting that ForFarmers will once again be buying up its own shares for the employees. This will start on April 29. In 2019, treasury shares were also bought up for a sloppy €30 million.
