Bas Alblas, the former CEO of potato processor Lamb Weston/Meijer, will join the supervisory board of dairy producer A-ware.
The 60-year-old Alblas succeeds Daan van Doorn, who says goodbye after 8 years. Alblas has a long track record in the agricultural and food sector. He has been working for the past 11 years as CEO by Lamb Weston/Meijer. Before that he was employed by Unilever, Bel and Vion.
The Supervisory Board of A-ware also consists of Peter Bouter, Henk Engelkes, Piet van Schijndel and Jan Brouwer.
