Arjen van Nuland will be the new CEO of the cooperative feed group AgruniekRijnvallei (AR). He is currently director of the National Cooperative Council (NCR), where he has been active since 2014. Van Nuland will succeed the current director Martin Grift at AR as of September 20.
The NCR and AR announced these separately on Friday afternoon (April 16). The AR supervisory board states in the statement that it is happy with Van Nuland. "With the appointment of Arjen, AR is bringing in an experienced director who has a strong cooperative attitude, has great affinity with the agricultural sector and has a large network," said chairman Menso Tijssen.
Van Nuland may further expand the so-called four-pillar strategy at AR, which is based on the group's activities in feed, plants, stores and storage and transhipment.
