About 2 years after the merger of AB Texel, Butter Group and A-ware Logistics, and six months after the acquisition of seed potato transporter DML, AB Transport Group takes over Landjuweel's transport activities.
With this, AB Transport Group is expanding its network in potato transport even further. The takeover of the transport activities leads to more flexibility in the transport of table potatoes and increases efficiency. Dennis Wetenkamp, director of AB Transport Group: 'We will take care of the supply of potatoes and the removal of finished products for Landjuweel. This is fully in line with our current specialisms.'

Both Landjuweel's drivers and fleet will be taken over by AB Transport Group. General director Bram Werkman says that this acquisition will allow his company to fully focus on its core activities.
