Ton Christiaanse ad interim CEO at Aviko

Royal Cosun has appointed Ton Christiaanse as ad interim CEO of Aviko with effect from 1 January 2019. The company will announce this on its website on Friday 7 December.

Christiaanse started his career at Unilever and subsequently held various management positions at Chiquita, Sara Lee and Farm Frites. From 2007 to 2012, he held the position of COO and later CEO of Vion Food UK at Vion UK.

Since 2012, Christiaanse has been internationally active as a consultant and interim manager. As CEO of Aviko, Christiaanse becomes a member of Cosun's board of directors. He will start immediately with an introductory program within Aviko and Cosun.
