In the month of November, 336.500 tons were processed. That is clearly less than the 370.500 tons in the month of October was processed. Yet nothing spectacular is happening yet: last year a comparable amount of potatoes were processed in November.

Of the total number, 136.400 tons were processed into pre-baked products and 28.700 tons into other products. More than 40% came from imports. In the period from December 2017 to November 2018, 4.048.700 tons of potatoes were processed. That is more than the 4.035.800 tons processed in the same period 1 year earlier.
