Uit the new figures The Ministry of Agriculture shows that there is 11% less in Canadian barns than last year. There were still approximately 1 million tons in stock on Monday, April 2. Stocks are also significantly lower in the provinces of Prince Edward Island, where most of Canada's potatoes are grown, and New Brunswick.
