323.000 tons of potatoes were processed in March, which is comparable to the previous month. On the other hand, it is considerably less than the number of tons processed in March last year (360.500 tons). Of all the potatoes processed in March 2019, 151.800 tons were processed into pre-fried products and 28.000 tons into other products.
