A relatively large part of the processed potatoes came from abroad: 59,4%, or 164.100 tons. A total of 128.500 tons of pre-fried fries and 22.700 tons of other frozen potato products were produced. That is the smallest monthly production in almost two years. In August 2021, slightly less was produced: 126.400 tons of pre-fried fries and 19.700 tons of other products. The processing yield last July was 54,8%.
