For week 13 (end of March) the pool price without pre-sales is €36 per 100 kilos. With presales that is €31. This price applies to potatoes 35 millimeters upwards and at least 60% 50 millimeters upwards, at 360 grams OWG.

Above average result
This result is €8,70 and €4,80 above the price level of the 2022 harvest year. The pool was sold out early, at the beginning of June. The pool also performed above average compared to the multi-year average. The ten-year average is €18,90 and €17,16. On average, a higher price has been achieved over the last five years: €21,24 and €19,23. The result for 2023 is therefore one of the highest in years.

Plus at Agria
Depending on the breed and destination, the pool pays an additional compensation. Agria in particular performed well. Destination fries will receive an additional €1,12 and Agria will receive €4,12 for export. Fontane and Challenger both receive a plus of €0,88 and Innovator and Lady Anna €0,12 per 100 kilos.

From these prices, only €100 pool costs will be deducted for APV-Eriva. In 2019, the two trading houses joined forces. From the 2020 harvest year onwards there will be one pool for consumption potatoes.
