Storage specialist Mooij Agro from Horst in Limburg takes over Agrovent. The company from Emmeloord went bankrupt at the end of December. Agrovent developed and supplied storage technology for potatoes and onions.
Agrovent went bankrupt on Thursday 20 December explained† The company from Emmeloord employs about ten people. On Saturday January 26, the company announced that all activities will be carried out by colleague Mooij Agro taken over.
The complete delivery package and the associated service go to Mooij Agro. Agrovent does report that their condensation drying technique VaccTek will be continued under a different name. Condensation drying has received increasing attention in recent years. Agrovent had this storage technique in its program for quite some time.
