Peenmarkt continues to the season finish

Last week's mood seems to be continuing into this week. The carrot market gently ripples along to the season finish. As a result, little changes in the DCA listing of carrots. The C-peen is still not running.

The DCA carrot quotation for week 18 does not change compared to last week. The carrot trade continues quietly, but there is absolutely no crowding. As a result, the carrot market is meandering along a bit towards the seasonal finish.

The quality of the B carrot varies enormously. The B carrot of moderate quality is paid around €14 to €16 per 100 kilos. A quarter is given for really good quality. A number of traders and washing plants indicate that it is difficult to continue to guarantee good quality B-carrots. 

DCA Pean Listing
The DCA carrot quotation of week 18 will not change under current market developments. Trading continues quietly at last week's level. As a result, the DCA carrot quotation shows no change compared to last week. The B-carrot quotation remains stable with a range of €16 to €24 per 100 kg. C-peen has still not traded due to the consequences of the corona crisis.
