In the trial, the standard products were compared with Zorvec. The standard agents were injected on a 7 day interval. Zovec on a 10 day interval. Along the test were untreated rows that were artificially infected. This is to increase the phytophthora pressure in the trial so that the products can be compared properly.
The results show that the Zorvec sprays every 10 days give a very good result against Phytophthora. While other remedies with 4 sprays every 7 days were less effective. Zorvec provides better protection against the fungal disease even with a longer spraying interval.

Efficient deployment

How Pen uses Zorvec depends on the infection pressure. "With high pressure, we opt for a block of 3 sprays. Research has shown that this is the most effective. If the pressure is lower, then perhaps 2 blocks of 2 sprays."
