Due to the persistent warm weather and humid nights, mold control remains necessary. For several open field vegetable crops, the last spraying will be carried out at the end of September/beginning of October. Serenade is an ideal biological fungicide to include as a final spray in the spray schedule.
Serenade is a broad-spectrum cover fungicide, based on the bacterium Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, to combat various types of fungi such as Alternaria, Botrytis, Sclerotinia, Septoria, powdery mildew, rust and Stemphylium.

Application
It is important that Serenade is used preventively. You can expect Serenade to work for seven to ten days. If necessary you can repeat the application.
Good results have been achieved by replacing the last chemical fungicide sprays with Serenade.
Serenade has no safety period and can therefore be used until just before harvest. Always add a wetting agent for better leaf cover, as Serenade is a cover fungicide. From tests we see a significant improvement when a wetting agent is added.
