The regional quotations are more homogeneous this week than last week. Then Emmeloord turned out to be outside the range of the rest, with regard to the yellow seed onions. There is no longer a fixed mood.

Goes
The quotation of yellow seed onions in Goes was faced with an increase this week for both coarse grades. For the 30% coarse sorting, this increase amounted to an average of 1,25 euros. 2 to 2,50 euros per 100 kilos were quoted. The quotation for the 60% coarse grading amounted to 2,50 to 5 euros per 100 kilos, which is an average increase of 1 euro.

In Middenmeer, the quotation for both coarse grades increased by an average of 1,50 euros. 30 to 1,50 euros per 2,50 kilos were quoted for the 100% coarse sorting. For the 60% coarse sorting, the price is 2 to 4 euros per 100 kilos. The mood was described as 'Bland'.

Emmeloord, yellow sowing onions
In contrast to the quotation of yellow seed onions in Goes and Middenmeer, this is declining in Emmeloord. For the 30% to 60% coarse grading, 1 to 3 euros per 100 kilos was recorded, an average decrease of a quarter of a euro. The quotation for the 60% coarse grading increased on average by half a euro to a quotation of 2,50 to 5 euros per 100 kilos. The vote went from 'Solid' to 'Bland'.

Emmeloord, red seed onions
The listing of red seed onions was able to maintain the 'Fixed' vote this week. Although, due to too few transactions, no quotation could be compiled for the 30% to 60% coarse grading, the quotation for the 60% coarse grading increased by an average of 3,25 euros. This brought the quotation to 20 to 25 euros per 100 kilos.
