Listing red onions stops and yellow continues under pressure

The listing of yellow seed onions came under further pressure in Goes this week. For the 30% coarse, 0,50 to 1 euro per 100 kilos was quoted. That is a decrease of half a euro on average. For the 60% coarse, the average decrease was 1,25 euros. 1 to 2,50 euros per 100 kilos were quoted.
Middenmeer
Onion prices in Middenmeer also did not hold up this week. The 30% gross quotation fell by an average of a quarter of a euro to 0 to 0,50 euros per 100 kilos. The quotation for the 60% coarse fell by an average of three-quarters of euros to 0,50 to 1 euro per 100 kilos. The mood remained unchanged with "Bland'".
Emmeloord, yellow sowing onions
In Emmeloord, the quotation of yellow seed onions came under further pressure. For the 30% to 60% coarse, the decrease was on average 0,625 euros and amounted to 0,25 to 1 euro per 100 kilos. For the 60% coarse, the decrease was on average half a euro, bringing the quotation to 0,50 to 2 euros per 100 kilos. The mood remained "Bland".
Emmeloord, red seed onions
It was the last quotation for red onions this season. No quotation was compiled for the 30% to 60% coarse. The quotation for the 60% coarse amounted to 25 euros per 100 kilos, an increase of 1,50 euros on average. The vote was described as "Fixed".
