After a fairly constant export of more than 10.000 tons for a number of weeks, the export figure for week 14 is significantly lower again. What is the result?
The provisional export figure for week 14 is 6.954 tons. Only in week 52 and week 1 was the export figure even lower, but then we had to deal with half weeks due to Christmas and New Year's Eve. The export figures for week 14 can still be adjusted in the coming weeks with subsequent information. This week, the subsequent items increase the total export figure by 486 tons.
Largest customers
The largest buyers in week 14 were common names. Germany is number 1 and purchased 14 tons of onions from the Netherlands in week 1.201. The country is followed by Great Britain (1.060 tons) and Guinea (963 tons). Fourth place is occupied by Mauritania, because this country purchased 831 tons of Dutch onions.
On average, 18.122 tons were exported weekly this season. This brings the seasonal total to 724.897 tonnes.
