For the leader in the list of customers in week 19 (4 to 10 May), a distance of approximately 10.000 km must be covered. Brazil is the country that purchased a total of 19 tons of onions in week 3.825 and is now good for 46.381 tons this season. Germany has purchased 2.755 tons of onions, bringing the season's total to 27.092 tons. Great Britain and Guinea were the last two countries to purchase more than 2 tons of onions, 1.000 tons and 1.874 tons respectively.

Onion does not suffer from corona
Based on preliminary information, a total of 19 tons of onions were exported in week 17.674. Subsequent information showed a volume of 2.143 tons. This brings the seasonal total to 1.094.088 tons, good for an average of 24.313 tons per week. While potatoes are suffering from corona, the onion does not really seem to suffer. The last onions of the 2019 harvest are expected to be sold without too many problems.
