The provisional export figure for onions in week 38 is 30.468 tons. This result is slightly below the final figure for week 38 2020 of 30.765 tons. Due to subsequent information for the period weeks 31 to 37, the export result was increased by 2.495 tons. This season's cumulative export figure stands at 273.943 tons, which is 15.296 tons more than last year. The weekly average is 24.903 tons.

For the export result in week 38, Senegal was the strongest exporter with 4.209 tonnes, followed by Ivory Coast with 3.671 tonnes. Nicaragua, Great Britain and Malaysia successively took places 3, 4 and 5 with 3.515 tons, 2.112 tons and 2.026 tons. Ivory Coast is the Netherlands' largest buyer to date with 50.010 tons, followed by Senegal with 40.256 tons.{{dataviewSnapshot(2_1634123200)}}
