For quite some time (over ten years), we've been handling the export of onions to Poland. Until recently, this was done almost exclusively through existing intermediaries and commission agents. That works well, and we still respect those partnerships, even in the future. At the same time, we're seeing the purchasing market change. Through Polenuien.nl, we want to reach more growers who aren't currently part of our network. Growers increasingly need more insight, faster information, and an honest second opinion about their onion shipments.

Polenuien.nl was developed to address this. This initiative allows for direct contact between growers and export channels, eliminating unnecessary links. This doesn't mean existing relationships are being sidelined. On the contrary: this happens in close consultation with our current partners. In some cases, one of these partners may even visit the grower to assess the product.
