As a business manager, your challenge is to proactively ensure that increasingly better results are achieved in the areas of:

• Sustainable entrepreneurship with attention to people, animals and the environment.
• Cost awareness, as well as achieving increasingly better technical and financial results.

In order to optimally fulfill this role, the involvement of the company home is a requirement.

Role, attitude, behavior and job requirements

•  Has entrepreneurial skills.
•  Have extensive experience / training in pig farming.
•  Possesses written and oral communication skills.
•  Provides leadership in a coaching manner and discusses the state of affairs with your colleague on a weekly basis.
•  Independently maintains contacts with various suppliers and contractors.
•  Demonstrates integrity and honesty in dealing with others.
•  Has organizational sensitivity.
•  Provides the technical administration using an automated system.
•  Willingness to bear ultimate responsibility 24/7.
•  Responsible to the owner.
