First steps on the agri-market:
Koppert is particularly known within the horti market. Koppert knows that its sustainable solutions are also successful within the agri-market. Koppert will therefore further expand the commercial opportunities within the agri-market worldwide. First successful steps have already been taken in Brazil and in several European countries. The ambition is to set up a steady organization in the Netherlands/Belgium that will soon flourish. To contribute to this, we are looking for a talented Agri Sales Manager!

You have a crucial role!
As Sales Manager Agri you fulfill the role of pioneer in the (for Koppert) new agri market. You are responsible for realizing our commercial ambitions with regard to our customers (conventional and organic arable farming) and our network of agents and distributors. You do this in both the Netherlands and Belgium. You seek out arable farmers and open field growers to assist them in optimizing their cultivation by using Koppert's products. Since the distribution of these products often takes place through distributors, you work with them a lot and you guarantee a good purchasing and sales process. You are an important advisor to the customer and you bring added value through your knowledge of innovations/research/experiences with regard to biological crop protection. You research the market potential and build a strong network. In addition to relationship management, you also focus on new accounts. You also represent Koppert externally during marketing activities.

Internally, you help build the new agricultural organization and inspire colleagues with your vision and ideas. Because of your knowledge and experience within the argri market, you are a teacher for others within Koppert. In the longer term, it is likely that an international agri business unit will be created that will join forces across borders and conquer the agri market. You are the manager of your own success to take your role and position here.

Are you a strong personality with an absolute pioneering spirit who knows how to connect with the agri-market through creativity and determination? Do you have a broad network within the agri-market and a preference for Hutspot? Since we are starting with the 'potatoes, onions and carrots' markets, some knowledge of these crops is an advantage.
