With an annual supply of 800.000 kilos of milk, the milk price in November continues at €41,24 per 100 kilos of milk. This is based on 4,41% fat and 3,47% protein. The fat price is €3,657 per kilo, while the protein price is €7,314 per kilo.
In milk price comparator DOC Kaas remains ahead of FrieslandCampina (RFC), which is the guaranteed price also kept stable. The contrast with 12 months ago is great.
