Agrometius continues under new name

Precision farming specialist Agrometius will continue under a new name from 1 January 2018: 'Vantage Agrometius'. This is because it has recently become a Vantage partner. The company will announce this on Tuesday 12 December.

The Vantage network is an initiative of Trimble Agriculture and consists of companies that, like Agrometius, specialize in precision agriculture. The company must offer a total solution for precision agriculture.

Vantage is a trade name of Trimble and is also the new name that the official Trimble Agriculture importers will bear. A Vantage partner not only supplies steering systems, but also offers a complete package of hardware, software and services related to precision agriculture. Agrometius has been doing this since 2010.

Under the new name 'Vantage Agrometius', the company will continue to supply products from Veris, Pessl, Precision Makers and OptiSurface in addition to Trimble products.
