New lease accounts due to software error

The Association of Land Tenants and Own Land Users (BLHB) called for the lease price to be adjusted and the Central Government Real Estate Agency has now complied. It will adjust the lease prices for the leased plots.

BLHB reports that the lease prices had not been adjusted to the new percentages, as applicable as of 1 July 2017. This while the lease prices had been adjusted downwards. The Central Government Real Estate Agency now indicates that software problems have led to the sending of old lease prices.

New accounts
New invoices will therefore be sent. Tenants who have paid too much will get the excess paid back. "The situation is extra difficult, because the communication from the Central Government Real Estate Agency is not what it should be," BLHB reports.
