| Designated plot: | The buyer comes to inspect the parcels before delivery. The tender relates to the designated lots. |
| Weighing costs: | Weighing costs are for the seller. The weighbridge is designated by the seller. |
| Terms & conditions | Insofar as the agreement does not deviate from this, the conditions are the terms and conditions for the purchase and sale of seed onions, with associated inspection regulations and arbitration regulations 2006 (AVZ) applicable to the implementation of this agreement. |
| Commission: | €0,125 per 100 kilos over the gross tons. |
| Remaining: | Before the conclusion of this agreement, the buyer and seller will be informed who the counterparty is. Both buyer and seller have the option to cancel the agreement. |
