New farmer protest: Rutte ignores agricultural collective

12 November 2019 - Wouter Baan - 20 comments

Agractie feels passed over because Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Minister Carola Schouten (Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality) invited 13 farmers in The Hague on Wednesday afternoon 10 November to discuss the nitrogen plans. That's why they're back in action.

The anger arose because Rutte and Schouten invited the 10 farmers without involving the agricultural collective. That is why they will take their tractors to the lunch location at the Catshuis in The Hague tomorrow.

Among others, Agaractie Nederland will be present, they report in a press release. It is not yet known how many farmers plan to participate in the campaign.

This shows but again the farmers are not taken seriously.
It is time the farmers really took a stand and that they shut down the whole country for a few days and stopped supplying products to the dairies and other product processing companies.
People there in The Hague just have to feel what it is like to have food shortages. These so-called politicians have never been hungry because then they would not be carrying out this ridiculous policy.
So the entire sector is taking to the streets and really making it clear what's going on and no longer waiting like good dogs.

to 10 farmers:

DO NOT GO TO THE HAGUE LEAVE IT TO agractie / FDF

Who are those 10 then?

Of those Yes marbles or 10 fierce ones
pp 12 November 2019
Ask who those ten farmers are and why specifically they were invited.
It's more like divide and conquer...
soerd 12 November 2019
Wait a while, it will turn out badly then lay the food supply flat!
??? !!! 12 November 2019
Soerd, 100 points!
Tomorrow for the last time a parade of trekkers to The Hague.
Then 'hoarding' regains its original meaning!

Those 10 farmers are publicly pilloried for undermining the general farmers' interest.

After that, the cabinet farmers will consult with the new farmers' organization, and that conversation will be immediately publicly displayed via the new media.

Transparent and democracies.

Kees,
been on holiday 1 month? unit more than ever before! believe me if they start tinkering with animal numbers in the sector, it will directly affect each other's family. we will all have to fight for it to be prevented. so you can all blow with screams this that you better report to FDF and together ensure that good action will get off the ground that will help us instead of getting off the ground this that? did kees drive to Malieveld with the tractor and to Bilt and Malieveld? was there no unit there? I can't share your opinion!

Campaigning with tractors is simple, any physical or mental 16-year-old would like to hit the highway with the tractor. Now, however, it all still has to be realized, that's a different story.

Just before the show, have 10 wretched farmers show up and the people are calm again. I wonder who those 10 farmers are, they better choose eggs for their money and stay at home.

10 LTO drivers, who are immediately bribed again to keep the rest quiet
peter 12 November 2019
The plan is already there and will be presented by Rutte tomorrow, so those 10 farmers are just like the Members' Council at Friesland~Campina in front of the stage!!
until here and no further 12 November 2019
I have the feeling that action will now have to be taken, what a l? l

You can burn those 10 colleagues here, but campaigning and consultation go hand in hand. Give it a chance, those 10 farmers will go to Rutte well prepared

We already have too much of it for people like Crow.
They blindly rely on so-called representatives you don't know at all.

"Those 10 farmers will certainly go to Rutte well prepared"

Who, what, why, with what, for what ????

In such a country, Rutte will indeed remain in power for a while.

If they are invited by Rutte then they are people from LTO or acquaintances who do not respond much and that is what Rutte just wants to do and indicate that the farmers have been consulted and that they were behind it.
To me, they are hypocrites who betray the peasants, otherwise they would not have acted on it on their own and sided with the agricultural collective.

Agree, but there are certainly those who have brought the right message with them.
The prime minister's goal will be as you describe.
Unfortunately, the LTO has become an extension of LNV, they were shaken awake a bit by the Agractie and FDF, but they are already bogged down in their own stifling consultation structure and project plans.

I do not yet see real representation of the agro sector, because the nitrogen problem has been created by civil servants and green politicians to facilitate further decline of agriculture.
You can no longer respond.
