Despite good weather, fertilizer prices do not fall further

Where last week the collection amounts of fattening pig slurry decreased somewhat, this week prices are stabilizing. The prices of cattle slurry have changed somewhat.

The dry weather ensures continued good prospects for the manure market and the manure can still be widely spread. The DCA collection amounts for fattening pig slurry remain unchanged this week. There is still some price variation in the collection amounts for cattle slurry in some regions, but prices there too remain broadly stable.

Fattening pig slurry
The prices of fattening pig slurry remain unchanged this week. The average price in the south and middle regions remains at €23 and €20. In the south region, Deurne continues to record the highest price at €24 and the lowest price remains in Tilburg at €22. In the central region, Lichtenvoorde remains at the top with €21 and Markelo is at the bottom with a collection amount of €19.

Cattle Slurry
The average price of cattle slurry in the south region remained unchanged this week at €15,50. However, there has been a price fluctuation within the region. The price in Tilburg increased by 50 cents to €16 and the price in Deurne decreased by 50 cents to €15,50. This means that Tilburg has the highest price this week, the lowest in the region remains in Uden with a price of €15.

In the central region, the average price has increased to €13,33. This increase comes from the price increase in Lichtenvoorde. The price there increased by 50 cents to €14,50. Lichtenvoorde remains at the top with the highest price. Barneveld continues to charge the lowest price with an unchanged price of €12,50.
