| Taring: | According to AVZ (A. Definitions). The tare is determined at the buyer's company and is binding unless otherwise agreed in advance. Discount: Up to 10% tare no discount, from 10% to 13% tare, per percent € 0,15/100 kg, will be deducted from the price. From 13% to 16% tare, € 0,30/100 kg per percent is deducted from the price. Refusal: Above 16% tare and/or 2% serious internal or external defects, the buyer has the right to refuse the purchase. Even if the purchased onions contain more than 2% fusarium, the buyer has the option to refuse the onions. |

| Remaining: | Before the conclusion of this agreement, the buyer and seller will be informed who the counterparty is. Both buyer and seller have the option to cancel the agreement. |
