It was expected that the grain harvest would continue to breathe new life into the fertilizer market. There is also plenty of manure spreading, but this is not reflected in the collection amounts. Prices remain stable.
The DCA quotations for fattening pig slurry and cattle slurry also remain stable this week. Expectations were different given the fact that the grain harvest means that plenty of manure is spread. A price drop was therefore the forecast, but this is not yet reflected in the quotation. This week only the collection amount in Tilburg will change.
