CZAV is transferring the fuels and energy branch to a new subsidiary CZAV Mobility Group. This includes AgriSnellaad, AgriSneltank and CZAV Fuels. CZAV operates 22 filling stations and has its own wholesaler of fuels. Since 2018, the cooperative has also been active in the field of charging stations with AgriSnellaad.
The establishment of the CZAV Mobility Group is a continuation of the previously initiated course in which CZAV wants to contribute to future-proof and accessible mobility. "We are taking this step to better respond to the rapidly changing market," says Roel Clement, Fuel & Charge manager. "And this step also ties in with the optimization of our internal structure."
Gas stations are being transformed
The current filling stations will change into energy stations in the coming years. In addition to traditional fuel, sustainably produced electricity is also supplied there for electric cars. "We see several more sustainable alternatives appearing in the fuel market," says Clement. "With CZAV Mobility Group, we can add parts to this in the future, such as hydrogen or energy storage."
