"If I Boerenbusiness can describe in 3 words: progressive, pleasant and involved. It is above all a free company where you can express your creativity. You work in a nice team, you can do your own thing and you get good help."

What have you done at Boerenbusiness?
"At the beginning of my internship I was mainly involved in assisting with the start-up of a new online platform about developments in the national and international food sector: foodbusiness.nl† In addition, I also had the opportunity to work on various projects. This is how I was allowed to subscribe to Boerenbusiness for a new section and I researched the design for the new proposal pages of the employees and trainees. I especially like that I have had the opportunity to do various projects within this company. That way I could taste a little bit of each department."

It sounds very versatile! Is there anything you are most proud of?
"Through the different projects I gained insight into how the company works. I was able to really develop myself because I was released; this allowed me to discover for myself what I did well and what could be better. detailed in article form. I subsequently received extensive feedback on what was very instructive. This gives me insight into my development process and helps me to determine what I ultimately want to do and achieve in the future. In addition, it has ensured a lot of contact with different people for a good development of my social skills."

What will you take away from this internship for the future?
"What I take away from my experience in the workplace is that enthusiasm is very important. It is also important to ask good questions. It can of course be scary in the beginning, because you come to a new workplace. Fortunately, I soon found my turn in the company Boerenbusiness they work progressively, they are innovative and they are always open to trainees, questions and new ideas."

When you look back on your internship, what gave you the most energy?
"The whole of the company. The things I did, the team, the enthusiasm and the independence I got. All in all, I got the most energy from that. The DCA MultiMedia team is very free and open. I already got my place right away and I got along well with everyone It's always fun, but still with a professional atmosphere I always strive to do a good job and the help I got from the company gave me the energy that I needed for this."

Can you recommend an internship? Boerenbusiness On?
"Certainly. If you are looking for an agricultural-related internship, then Boerenbusiness the right place. But even if you are active outside the agricultural sector, you can Boerenbusiness be a good internship. The team is always open to creativity and new ideas."
