The advent of the container has greatly facilitated (inter)national transport and storage of products. This has resulted in enormous growth in the international markets for these products. In many cases it can be attractive to own or temporarily rent your own containers.
Different container types
Containers are available in different sizes and price ranges. There are of course also containers that are equipped with a cooling system for food and non-food products. It is advisable to check with your own municipality before proceeding to buy containers† Depending on the location, it may be necessary to hide a container from view or to maintain a certain color scheme. In addition, the function that the container will fulfill also plays a role in the granting of any permits.
