Uienhandel.com is issuing a tender for the 2022 cultivation season, with delivery in December or January. Below you will find the conditions and specifications. You determine the volume with which you want to participate.

| Terms & conditions | Insofar as the agreement does not deviate from this, the General Terms and Conditions from the General Terms and Conditions for the. purchase and sale of seed onions, with associated inspection regulations and arbitration regulations 2019 (AVZ) applicable to the performance of this agreement. |
| Quality requirements | Minimum requirements and Class 2 as defined in UN/ECA STANDARD FFV-25. |
| Weighing costs | Are for seller, weighbridge is designated by seller. |
| Taring | The tare is determined at the buyer's company, this tare percentage is binding unless otherwise agreed in advance. |
| Discount and refusal | Up to 10% tare no discount, from 10% to 13% tare, €0,15/100kg per percent will be deducted from the price. From 13% to 16% tare, per percent €0,30/100kg, is deducted from the price. Refusal: Above 16% tare and/or more than 2% wet rot or 3% or more serious not externally visible defects (such as rotten rings and hearts) or 5% or more serious external defects, the buyer has the right to refuse the purchase. |
| Designated plot | A plot is designated during the growing season. The agreement applies to these onions. |
| Remaining: | Before the agreement is concluded, the buyer and seller will be informed who the counterparty is. Both parties then still have the right to cancel the agreement. |
