Poll: BBB is only one seat behind VVD

10 July 2022 - Jesse Torringa - 10 comments

The farmers' protests of the past few weeks have not turned out badly for the BoerBurgerBeweging. On the contrary, if there were elections now, Caroline van der Plas and her party would have almost as many seats as the VVD. The difference between the BBB and VVD is only one seat. This is apparent from the weekly poll by Maurice de Hond (Sunday 10 July).

With twenty seats, the BoerBurgerBeweging is closer to the VVD than ever. According to the poll, the VVD still has 21 seats left of the original 34. In the poll two weeks ago, the difference between the parties was still three seats (18 BBB, 21 VVD). The other party to gain a seat compared to two weeks ago is D66. CDA, FVD and BVNL have lost a seat.

According to the pollster, Caroline van der Plas and her party mainly steal voters from the CDA (5 seats), VVD (4 seats) and PVV (4 seats). De Hond also reports that the BBB is doing well with people who did not vote in the previous parliamentary elections.

52% of the Dutch understand farmers
Another special figure from the weekly poll by De Hond is about the understanding of the Dutch for the farmers' protests. The latest poll shows that 52% of the Dutch understand the farmers and their actions, 48% do not. There is great division among the VVD, CDA, CU and SP voters. In the parliamentary elections in 2021, the VVD and CDA voters had significantly more understanding for the farmers than the people who would now vote for these parties. At the time, the VVD's understanding of the farmers among the voters was 52% against 36% now. At the CDA it was 70% against 55% now. According to De Hond, this means that of the people who no longer opt for the VVD and the CDA, the vast majority had understanding for the farmers.

with such a poll, this cabinet will not give up, currently the coalition has less than a third of the seats according to the poll. this could mean that they will bend when there is sufficient resistance, or that they will make us burst uncontrollably, which will cause even more resistance nationwide. if the cda threatens to resign, they now have a strong position!

Politicians are fake adults, without knowledge or skills.
They rely on models from the past with no theoretical foundation other than the past to change the future back. Subsidized knowledge centers have been abolished, calculation models are taking their place.

how retarded can you be

the difference with Geert is that they are not afraid of the farmers but for themselves and rightly so
no farmer should give his life for this

Much will depend on whether room members will throw in the towel and how many cancellations will (still) come and what will happen in the province next year.

This cabinet continues to run from one crisis to another crisis and we can also fill in the next crisis that comes, that will be the gas next winter.

Rutte wants to adopt a city in Ukraine. He has really lost his way. The men in the white coats have a place for him. The Netherlands is in recession and he is just playing Sinterklaas. Is there no one who can call this man to order?

I hope he lives there too!
The rest of this cabinet is also allowed to come along and as far as I'm concerned Remkes will drive the bus there

Knowledge and skill.

As long as solutions make the problem bigger, there is no problem, but the knowledge and skills of the solvers themselves.

The product of accepting hate cultures and godlessness: the Boer as a Jew.
Emperors who have no knowledge: their world is black as a sad lost life.
this is the product of their ignorance:

In the past, and there will probably be more old readers of this forum, den Uil van de pvda was once prime minister, then again van Agt of the cda, later Wiegel of the vvd, but NEVER anyone 4 periods. I am no pvda, but I do know that farmers sometimes complained at the time, but now I say: there was no reason for it afterwards. You were, are and remained a farmer, and always something to complain about, that's what you are farmers for, but this cabinet, without exception, are not worth a kick for their d..... In particular the vvd ,d66 and cu, those are all var.....Hopefully parties that are sympathetic to farmers will get a lot of say in the 1st chamber in March

Wiegel has never been prime minister. He calls himself the best prime minister that the Netherlands has never had.
