Aviko recruits new CEO from its own ranks

Maarten van Delst will be Aviko's new CEO. Royal Cosun, Aviko's parent company, announced this today (November 30). Van Delst will officially take up his position as CEO on 1 January 2023 and will also join Cosun's Executive Board.

Van Delst is currently CFO of Aviko and has been interim CEO of Aviko since 1 July following the departure of the previous director Chris Deen. In the position of interim, Van Delst worked closely with the management team of the potato processor in the implementation of the strategy, improved results and further strengthening of the organization. Prior to his current position as CFO, Van Delst has held various other positions within Cosun and the business groups.
