Now that summer seems to be almost here with sun and higher temperatures, the Northwestern European dairy market is showing a somewhat jumpy behavior. This is how the price of butter bounces back up. Milk fat remains strong and is still not widely available. The liquid market also continues to anticipate better weather and ditto sales. The milk powder market feels uncertain to weak, the cheese market remains undisturbed despite all the speculation.
