Weed control in winter cereals in the autumn is a smart choice because: weed-free from the start gives the highest yields, no stress due to weeds in the busy spring and the root weeds can be tackled in a targeted manner, without a previous spring application having 'scorched' them.
More operational problems in weed control are observed with dusk and windblade. To prevent this problem, it is important to start weed control in the autumn. Avoid putting too much pressure on spring control. Choose the right strategy!
From this fall you can Herald can also be used in winter rye, triticale and spelt and Herold can also be used in groundwater protection areas.
Advice in all winter wheat, winter rye, triticale and spelled on heavy (clay) soil:

- Early post-emergence: 0,6 liters per hectare Herold.
- Early post-emergence with reinforcement on black: 0,6 liters per hectare Herold + 2-3 l/ha Daiko + 1 liter per hectare Robbester.
Advice in all winter grains, including winter barley on lighter (sandy/sandy) soils and loess:
- Early post-emergence: 0,45-0,6 liters per hectare Herold
- Early post-emergence to strengthen on black: 0,45-0,6 liters per hectare Herold, 2-3 liters per hectare Daiko** + 1 liter per hectare Robbester
** Do not use Daiko in winter barley
