Phytophthora occurs in various places in the country. It is important to protect the crop properly. Use Infinito and protect the (new) foliage but also the already formed harvest.
The effects of the drought are clearly visible. Many potato plots have given up early and yields will fluctuate greatly. The possible irrigation has been able to limit the damage to some extent. Due to the warm weather and the high temperatures, the problems surrounding through washing are very large. Now that rain has finally fallen, very locally, phytophthora is lurking again.
We hear from various sides that Phytophthora has been there all summer. Infestations were found early in the season. The irrigated plots were also not always free of phytophthora. Because the crops are starting to grow again on some plots, it is important to protect the crop properly. The new fresh green foliage in combination with rainfall and longer, cool dew nights provides optimal conditions for the fungus.
Infinito: strong on leaves and tubers
Because the crop is forming new foliage, but has also already formed tubers, it is important to protect both well. Infinito protects both the foliage and the tuber. See below also the confirmation in the table of Euroblight.

What do the tests show?
The results of our own tests, including the test in Meteren below, also show that Infinito has a strong effect on both phytophthora in the bald and the tuber. This year's trials also confirm that Infinito gives a very good result, even with very high phytophthora pressure.

Despite the fact that we are already in September, it remains important (even in the last phase of the cultivation) to sufficiently protect the crop. Infinito protects both the new leaf and the already formed tubers. Infinito: you better have it at home!
