Manure processing obligation 2017 Dairy farming

If you produce more manure than you can place on your own farm, you must process part of this manure. The mandatory processing percentages differ per region and per year. How do you comply with the fertilizer processing obligation 2017?

An important question for 2017 is whether you can process 100% of your farm's dairy cattle phosphate surplus or whether you need more land. As of 2016, the Land-Based Growth of Dairy Farming Act has come into effect. You must test for the year 2017 what the maximum dairy cattle phosphate surplus is for your company. If your actual dairy cattle phosphate surplus exceeds your maximum dairy cattle phosphate surplus, you must acquire extra land before 15 May 2017.
