Phasing decisions
After drawing lots by a notary, the applications are ranked to determine the order of processing. The decisions are sent in phases. RVO wants to send all decisions before 28 April 2017. If there is a lack of clarity about data, you will receive a message and you will then have 14 days to explain the data.
Business termination
Animals that qualify for subsidy must be removed within six weeks of the decision. It is permitted to remove (part of) the animals before the decision is made.
Whitepaper Business Termination Scheme, the sequel
In the White paper Business termination scheme, the sequel we would like to explain a number of conditions / details to you. Can you still exchange cows after receiving the decision? How should you deal with pregnant animals? Can you sell cows on the free market outside the subsidy? And when do you have to submit the application to determine the subsidy? Request the white paper here.
