The advantage of the robot is its light weight, which means that it causes less rutting. It weighs 2.900 kilograms and has 120 horsepower. The robot costs approximately € 100.000
The injector is equipped with 2 tanks. The large tank is for manure and contains 300 liters. The small tank for liquid fertilizer or drainage eye and has a capacity of 80 liters.
The injector has 2 hose pumps. The discs of the small peristaltic pump are visible here. There are a total of 4. When the pump is switched on, the discs start to rotate and the manure is pressed through the hoses.
The robot in combination with the injector. The injector is fitted with silicone hoses. These are more resistant to any substance and will not break easily.
The injector is driven by hydraulics.
In the future, the fertilization robot can also fertilize in places.
