Temperature of the soil is not too bad in Fijnaart

Despite the irrigation of the potato plot in Fijnaart, it has been very dry in recent months. Not surprising, because this week it was announced that the drought record from 1976 has been broken for the time being. 

The maximum temperature on the plot with Innovators in Fijnaart has so far been 35,4 degrees Celsius (July 26). In July, the maximum temperature rose above 18 degrees Celsius on 26 out of 25 days.

On Thursday, July 26, the maximum temperature was 21 degrees Celsius (measured at 17 p.m.). At ground level, the temperature was lower (00 degrees Celsius).
