On the plots of the Boerenbusiness Trial harvesting was done in week 31 on crop tour. These trial grubbing-ups have shown that the differences between the plots are large. The highest yield was achieved in Marknesse.
On the potato plot in Marknesse has been lifted up 3 times 1,33 meters, which is good for 20,3 kilos. The yield is estimated at 67 tons per hectare, with 10% deducted for harvesting loss, headlands and spraying tracks. The plot in Marknesse achieved the highest yield. The average yield of all plots of the Gewastour amounted to 44,2 tons per hectare.
The potatoes were planted on March 29, with which these potatoes were planted first (compared to the other fields of the Gewastour). The potatoes on the plots in spike en Scharendijke for example, were only planted in mid-May. The plot in Marknesse was plowed 2 weeks before planting and the pre-fruit on the plot is fodder radish. In the 60/65 millimeter size range, 12 tubers fell, accounting for 2,9 kilograms. A weight of 55 kg was also achieved in the 60/2,9 millimeter size range, but with 16 tubers.
About 10% of the total yield falls in the 50/55 millimeter size range, which was about 2,1 kilograms. In the 50/55 millimeter range, the weight came to 2,2 kilograms (10%). In total, 111 tubers have been collected on this plot, which together achieve a weight of 20,3 kilos. It underwater weight came out at 402 grams.Most of the yield on the plot in Marknesse is 65 millimeters upwards.
