First crop tour plot planted

The first plot of the Potatoes Crop Tour was planted on Saturday, April 6. Fertilizer was spread on the plot in Scharendijke on Friday April 5, after which 7 hectares could be planted on Saturday on the sandy soil/light clay. 

Fertilizer was spread on the potato plot in Scharendijke (Zeeland) on April 5: 300 kilos of patent potash per hectare, 600 kilos of 26-7 compound fertilizer and in addition (as a test) Physiostart from Timac Agro added. The plot, the first of all Crop Tour plots, was planted on Saturday, April 6.

early potatoes
A number of participants from the Boerenbusiness Crop tours have already planted early potatoes. For example, potatoes of the Primera and Fontane varieties have already been planted on the plot in Escharen (North Brabant). Kali will be spread on this plot on Tuesday, April 9, after which the Innovators will be planted on April 9 or 10.

The awnings will be planted on the plot in Fijnaart (North Brabant) on Wednesday April 10 or Thursday April 11, after which they will probably start this weekend with the plot that is participating in the Crop Tour of Boerenbusiness.

Quiet
