Organic hutspot, that tastes like more!

How do we increase the supply of organically grown potatoes, onions and carrots from our own soil in our supermarkets? Project 'Hutspot' by Bionext is committed to better cooperation throughout the chain.

The three-year project focuses on the following three points:

1. Expanding Bioplant, a national organisation for organic arable farmers with approximately 200 members.
2. Innovation in the breeding, cultivation and storage of organic potatoes, onions and carrots.
3. Building new collaborations in the chain. For example, through the 'hutspot agreement' in which concrete agreements have been made between organic farmers and Lidl to jointly stimulate the organic cultivation of carrots, potatoes and carrots.
