Will the potato continue to yield enough?

In Europe, potato yields and prices fluctuate more strongly than in the United States, which results in less stability for the Dutch grower. Nevertheless, Gea Bakker, sector manager arable farming at Rabobank, expects the potato to remain an important crop for Dutch growers in the next 10 years.
