Drying without unreliable outside air

ENGIE Koudetechniek has now equipped ten onion and potato stores with condensation drying technology. The practical experiences are good, explains Marcel Bennink of ENGIE. The technology allows the product to be dried and cooled 24 hours a day without using unreliable outside air.
